SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. DELIVERY AND SALE CONDITIONS
After the order confirmation, we will send the ordered articles to the address declared by you in a package. The usual delivery time with PostPac Economy shipping is 3-4 workdays and with PostPac Priority 1-2 workdays.
For orders from abroad delivery time within Europe 3-4 workdays and for the United States of America 4-5 workdays. Should delivery not be possible after several tries, MODADO can withdraw from the contract.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
For deliveries in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein shipping costs are CHF 7.00 (PostPac Economy) or CHF 9.00 (PostPac Priority). For orders paid for solely by vouchers or orders with goods valued above CHF 125.00 no shipping costs will be charged.
For deliveries in Europe following shipping costs will be charged per country:

4. REVOCATION RIGHT/RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days after receiving the merchandise, through returning the merchandise with a reason for return. Returning the merchandise is to your responsibility and costs. The articles must be returned in the original unglued and undamaged packaging. Only immaculate, completely intact and unworn articles will be taken back. Particularly worn, dirty, damaged or badly smelling products can’t be taken back. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert compensation claims.

The value of the returned article can be deducted from the total amount due. If the total amount has already been transferred to MODADO, you can choose between a cash or voucher reimbursement. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask you to examine the correctness, completeness and intactness of received articles. Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect delivery and quantity deviations are to be reported to us within 5 working days after receipt, per letter. Shortcomings will be examined by MODADO immediately, if MODADO accepts the shortcoming, and the article is still in stock, you will receive a replacement and shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise the full amount will be reimbursed.
